Like the Mint Mojito, but with less obstacles (the mint leaves), the Mocha Tesora is a Philz classic. Its the perfect blend of chocolate and hazelnut, and it just hits the spot.

While not my favorite from their menu, its a drink that’s definitely one that I can rely on to be a good cup and a good experience. Like usual I order it iced, with extra sweetener and extra creamy oat milk. It just has to be done that way. No matter the drink, I’ve just found that its even better than it already was, when you go extra extra and alternate your milk.

The best part of this Philz trip however wasn’t the dependably wonderful flavor of the Mocha Tesora, but the fact that the barista had mistakenly made my drink with their regular cream instead of the oat milk I ordered, so she remade my drink without even informing me, and then let me leave with the mistaken one as well.

Not only did I score a much needed large cup of Philz for a long day ahead, I also got another one to save for the next day completely for free!
