Caffe Frascati has become one of my most frequent coffee spots, this semester. There’s just something about the aesthetic of all the wood and open mic space, that keeps luring me back in.

Ever since my boyfriend started taking me to this spot, I’ve always ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte, and besides the one time their ice machine was broken, forcing me to drink hot coffee, I had never strayed from my order. This time however, I decided to switch it up and order the Chai Latte that he always gets.

And now I understand why he sticks to his order the way I stick to my iced coffees. It was just so good.

Chai Lattes have always been a hit or miss for me. I love the Coffee Bean one with my own customizations, but I am not a fan of Starbucks’, however Caffe Frascati’s was on point without me even trying to change it. Something that makes me even more confident to say that this is one of the best coffee establishments in downtown San Jose.

I am incredibly picky about the coffee and tea I drink because I feel like I have to be responsible enough to at least fuel my terrible addiction with the good stuff.
